EDP agrees to sell 150MW wind portfolio in Greece for €200 million

EDP Renovaveis has signed a sale agreement with Principia to divest a 100% equity stake in a 150MW wind portfolio in Greece. The deal values the four operating wind farms at an enterprise value of €200 million ($228 million). The assets have an average operating life of around 1.5 years...
