More details have emerged on the €4.4 billion debt financing for PKN ORLEN and Northland Power’s 4GW Baltic Power offshore wind project in Poland.The debt is split between around €4.2 billion of 23-year (construction-plus-20-years) facilities and a PLN1 billion three year tranche....
