EGAT signs MOU for hydro project in Laos

Gulf Energy Development and China Datang Overseas Investment Co (CDTO) have signed a MoU for a tariff for their Pak Beng hydroelectric power project.The 29-year agreement with the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) is for an average tariff of THB2.7129 ($0.075) per kilowatt hour....
