Scottish Ministers have granted planning consent for Community Windpower’s Sanquhar 2 wind project in Dumfries and Galloway and East Ayrshire.The project was originally submitted as a 50-turbine scheme in March 2019 and will now consist of 44 machines that will provide over 300MW of capacity.
