EBRD agrees financing for 500MW Gulf of Suez wind project

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development has approved a $50 million loan for a 500MW wind power project in the Gulf of Suez, Egypt. The project, in Ras Ghareb, will need a total investment of $560 million. It is led by a consortium formed by French giant Engie and Japanese Eurus...
