University of Hawaii enters first student housing PPP

The University of Hawaii has entered into a pre-closing agreement and pre-construction right of entry with Greystar Real Estate Partners for a project to provide on-campus housing. Greystar will design-build, finance, operate and maintain the $110 million project to develop 388 rental housing units for students and faculty members, and ground floor retail space. The project is the university's first major P3 project
