Goldman mandated for T-Solar refinancing

I Squared Capital has mandated Goldman Sachs to refinance and cut the cost of debt on its T-Solar renewables company prior to a sale of the asset for around €1.5 billion. Negotiations have already begun with banks (led by BBVA), to which T-Solar owes €930 million of its €1 billion...
