ADB finances Apia Port safety project in Samoa

Asian Development Bank has approved a $62.26 million grant to support the upgrade of Apia Port in Samoa. Terminal infrastructure will be revamped to enhance safety and capacity, while a customs facility with a new container x-ray scanner to enable effective border management will be built....
