Polish school PPP debt committed

Polish contractor Warbud has raised a commitment from Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego to provide debt for a Polish school PPP concession it won in April.  The concession is for the renovation, maintenance and expansion of a secondary school in Piastow. CMS is legal counsel to the borrower.
