Opportunity of the day: Asian Paints' production expansion combines with recently-announced plant construction to produce $200m foreign financing need

Asian Paints Limited is planning an expansion of its synthetic resins and emulsions production capacity from 32,000 metric tonnes per annum (MTPA) to 85,000 MTPA, and is likely to raise foreign currency loans to finance the proposed project.
