Akfen sells stake in Mersin Port to IFM Investors

The Turkish infrastructure company Akfen Holding has sold a 40% stake in the Mersin International Port to the Australian infrastructure fund manager for $869 million. Afken will retain a 10% holding in the 36-year concession awarded in 2007.
