Record export growth drives UK manufacturing results beyond expectations

The UK Manufacturing PMI has beaten expectations by rising to 55.1 in July from 54.2 in June, including record export growth. Demand from overseas increased at the most impressive rate since April 2010, when record demand was recorded in the survey.
