Dragon Capital planning 40MW Vietnamese solar project

Dragon Capital plans to invest VND1 trillion ($45 million) in a 40MW solar project in the Mekong Delta city of Can Tho in Vietnam. A second 100MW phase will follow, subject to site procurement.
