AES looking to sell majority stake in Philippine power plant

American electricity generator AES Corp is looking to divest itself of a 51% interest in 630MW Masinloc coal-fired power plant located 250km northwest of Manila. AES sold a 41% stake in 2014 to Electricity Generating for $453 million.
