Rusal out for $700m to complete Taishet project

Rusal has resumed construction of its long-stalled Taishet aluminum smelter project in Siberia and is in the process of raising around $700 million of loans to complete the project. The potential borrower has already received a number of proposals, mainly from Russian state banks.
