Carillion pulling out of PPP construction as CEO steps down

Carillion CEO Richard Howson has stepped down following a profits warning and the scrapping of its dividend due to a Brexit-related slowdown. The firm has also announced it is pulling out of UK and international PPP construction projects to focus on support services.
