Carlyle closes debt for Rockland acquisition

Lincoln Power, a Carlyle subsidiary, has reached financial close on the debt backing its acquisition of a 1000MW-plus portfolio of US gas-fired peaker generation units from Rockland Power. The portfolio comprises the 375MW Rocky Road plant, the 476MW Elgin plant, and the 188MW Tilton Energy Center....
