Pakistan rethinks Keti Bander thermal project with eye on Chinese funding

The M/s Bridge Factor Consortium feasibility study of the project, which was abandoned in 1997 as uneconomical, will look at a 450km rail link to the Thar coalfield and a 1320MW power plant for possible inclusion as a CPEC project.
