Plans approved for Brighton's mixed-use campus development

A partnership of U+I and the University of Brighton has received planning approval for a £300 million regeneration project to develop the derelict Preston Barracks and the south coast University's Moulsecoomb student accommodation into a 1,338-room student campus with 369 new homes.
