SCCL to power coal operations with 550MW of solar capacity

Telangana state and Indian government's Singareni Collieries Company Limited has announced the intention to power its coal mining operations with 550MW of solar capacity. Eleven coal divisions will each install 50MW at an estimated total cost of $380 million.
