Guam Power Authority solicits proposals for 40MW of solar

The Guam Power Authority has issued a bid request to establish 40MW of solar capacity in the South Finagayan area of Dededo. This is Phase 3 of a renewable energy programme and will be built on land leased to the U.S. Navy.
