Repsol agrees to sell €3.8bn stake in Gas Natural

Spanish oil firm Repsol has agreed to sell a 20% stake in utility Gas Natural SDG to Rioja Bidco Shareholdings that is controlled by private equity firm CVC Capital Partners. The deal works out at around €19 per share for a total of around 200 million shares.
