FERC approves gas supply for St James methanol project

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has approved a certificate of public convenience and necessity for Transco's St. James Supply Project that will transport natural gas to a $1.85 billion methanol plant being developed by China's Yuhuang Chemical in Louisiana.
