ADNOC to raise $3bn loan with JBIC

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) plans to raise a $3 billion syndicated loan with the participation of the Japan Bank for International Cooperation. HSBC, Mizuho and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp will arrange the debt facility, which is expected to have a five-year maturity.
