India Exim may opt for billion-dollar bond issue

The Export-Import Bank of India is considering tapping the dollar bond market to raise close to a billion dollars by issuing a long tenor paper. The issue is likely to be a Reg S/144A, a source said, allowing investors from the US to participate.
