EDF and Total to divest Dunkerque LNG terminal stake with Fluxys consortium taking control

EDF and Total are to sell their 75% interest in the Dunkirk LNG terminal in northern France. A 35.76% share in the project will be sold to a consortium of Fluxys, AXA Investment Managers - Real Assets and Credit Agricole Assurances.
