Network Rail mandates 28-day payments and bans retentions

Network Rail has unveiled a raft of changes that will ban tier one contractors from using retentions, and require them to pay suppliers within 28 days of work being carried out. The company will revamp its terms and conditions for all tier one contractors that win work in the £48 billion...
