Turkey launches 1GW onshore wind tender

Turkey's Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources has launched an onshore wind tender to procure 250MW of capacity in each of the Balıkesir, Canakkale, Aydın and Mugla regions of the country. The price cap has been set at $0.055 per kWh and successful bidders will be awarded 15-year PPAs.
