PNOC proposes $2.4bn intergrated LNG project for Energy City

A joint venture including state-run Philippine National Oil Co (PNOC) and Japanese companies Mitsui and Osaka Gas will develop a LNG terminal alongside a 1.6GW gas-fired power plant at the special economic zone known as Energy City in Limay, Bataan.
