China offers Sri Lanka $24bn credit line under OBOR initiative

Sri Lanka has been offered a $24 billion credit line from China under the 'One Belt One Road' (OBOR) initiative. The negotiations are at the preliminary stage about whether the deal will be government to government or from the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank.
