Vietnam set to licence $7.5bn of coal-fired power projects

Three power projects each over 1GW are set to be granted investment licences by the government ahead of an offical state visit to Japan.  Projects involving Sumitomo and Marunbeni as well as another Taekwang Power/ACWA proposal are set to benefit.
