Shell and Engie walk away from Kakinada LNG project

The two companies have been unable to make an investment decision without minimum sale guarantees for the FSRU import project in the Bay of Bengal. JV partner state-owned gas utility Gail India is negotiating with the Andhra Pradesh government about a new project structure.
