Coal supply doubts increases Odisha thermal power project woes

The Odisha government project for a 2.4GW coal-fired thermal power plant is in doubt. The mining cost of the allocated Tentuloi coal block make the project not viable and the Indian Ministry of Coal has suggested alternative blocks that would prove equally as difficult strip.
