Bids are in for Victoria's A$6bn Tunnel and Stations PPP

Three consortia have submitted their bids to the Melbourne Metro Rail Authority in what is the state's biggest transport project to date.  Plans include building a nine-kilometre Metro tunnel and five new underground stations.
