Opportunity of the day: Lavan and HEDCO look to EIB and ECAs to finance $479m chemicals project

Lavan Chemical Company and Hampa Energy Engineering and Design Company (HEDCO) are planning to speak to international financial institutions such as the European Investment Bank (EIB) to raise US$479 million to build an ammonia and urea plant in Iran's Asaluyeh city.
