Bapco talks to bidders on $5bn Sitra refinery expansion

State-owned Bahrain Petroleum Company has begun the process of clarifying the four bids it received.  The project aims to increase capacity by a third by replacing the ageing pipeline and updating some units.  BNP Paribas and HSBC are advising on the project financing
