$1.35 billion local debt financing for Dasu Hydro project

A consortium led by Habib Bank has provided funds to the Water and Power and Development Authority for the construction of Stage I of the Pakistani power generating project. This follows a $1 billion World Bank provision and a $360 million Swiss Bank facility.
