Financial close for Plenary Health and CAMH phase 1C redevelopment

Plenary Health has been awarded  a $685 million design-build-finance-maintain contract for the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health Phase 1C redevelopment. The Toronto-based project includes the construction of two new buildings providing 235 in-patient beds and outpatient services.
