Prudential Capital Energy Partners Fund I closes at $343m

Prudential Capital Energy Partners (PCEP) has completed the $343 million fundraising for its first middle-market energy mezzanine fund. It will target North American upstream oil and gas, conventional and renewable power mezzanine debt investments ranging from $10 million to $50 million.
