CABEI seeks a billion after completing first quarter efforts

The Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI) is after $1 billion from the debt capital markets this year. In addition to a $214 million trade on January 30, the development bank penned a ¥5.6 billion ($51 million) bond in Japan's capital markets last week.
