TRAVEL & SAFETY

Updated on 14.10.2021 – please note this page is subject to change and we recommend you check this page regularly for updates.

Travel

We strongly recommend that you check the travel requirements you travel. Please refer to the CDC website for the most up to date information.

Safety

Our attendees’ safety is our primary concern and we are working closely with the hotel and following government guidance to ensure a smooth and safe event.

we will require proof of your vaccination status or evidence of a negative antigen test taken before 1pm on November 16th to enter the event.

Vaccinated attendees

Attendees are required to demonstrate a valid CDC vaccination record either in physical paper form or a photograph of said documentation.

Unvaccinated attendees

If you are not currently able to provide proof of vaccination, you will need to prove that you have had a recent antigen test and it was negative. To do this, you will need to take an antigen test (rapid test) upon arrival and be issued with a temporary certificate (valid for 48 hours).

Onsite safety measures

In addition to this, we are implementing increased hygiene protocols. Hand sanitizers will be available throughout the venue and we strongly encourage all delegates to frequently sanitize or wash their hands during the event.

Forehead temperature scanners will be in operation at the venue.

‘No handshake’ stickers will be available to guests at the registration desk if desired.

Finally, all delegates will be informed to not attend the event if they are experiencing any of the following symptoms:

  • a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
  • a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
  • a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you've noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal

If you have any questions, please email us at operations@proximoinfra.com
