Following the success of our virtual events, it was our first time in Nashville hosting Financing America's Infrastructure. The industry came together on the ground and virtually, to examine the state of the infrastructure markets during, and hopefully, post-pandemic. It was the perfect event to explore the implications of how policy changes will affect new-build infrastructure and what market movers are looking to finance in the secondary markets? We’ll dove into what makes assets bankable, bond market-ready or investible - all with a keen eye to projects that are at or near market.
Key themes also included:
- Biden’s infrastructure bill
- What is traditional v non-traditional infrastructure, and where are priorities focused
- How can we prepare for the next generation of new opportunities and funding?
