Turkey’s Bilkent Laboratory PPP is nearing financial close and will be the fourth hospital financing in 2017 under the country’s €12 billion hospital PPP programme. However, with sponsors relying increasingly heavily on DFIs, some claim support for upcoming projects may have to come from the capital markets.
