Tadau issues first Malaysian green sukuk to fund solar projects

Tadau Energy has issued a RM250 million ($58.9 million) green sukuk - the first issue of its kind in Malaysia - to finance development of two solar PV plants in the state of Sabah. The projects benefit from 21-year power purchase agreements with Sabah Electricity (SESB) and total 50MW in capacity....
