Petronas calls off $29bn Pacific NorthWest LNG project
The Malaysian oil company has decided to scrap the Canadian government-approved export terminal and pipeline project in British Columbia due to weak gas prices. TranCanada will be reimbursed over C$500 million for pipeline building costs.
