KfW helps Iraqi reconstruction with €45m loan

German development bank KfW has signed a first €45 million loan to finance substations, power lines and pylons to restore electricity supply to the greater Mosul area in Iraq. Deliveries of the first power lines, substations and spare parts are expected to arrive from February 2018...
